How can I log in to the wireless account?

Ans: You have to enter the login credentials to sign in. The user ID and password is the same as that you submitted during registration.

How do I check the text message that my child receives?

Ans: It is not possible to check the content of your child’s text messages. But you can make sure that they don’t use applications like Kik, Facebook, Instagram, etc. We have specified the list of applications that can be blocked, you can check it at the content filters within the application.

Can I make sure that certain numbers don’t call my child?

Ans: No. That feature is yet to be introduced. You cannot block calls or text from certain numbers.

What are the discounts on the equipment?

Ans: It depends on the running offers, at the time of your purchase.

Is there any conversion fee charged?

Ans: No. If you are a union member, you need not pay any conversion fee.

I want to unsubscribe from the family. How can I do it?

Ans:  In case, you are billed for Secure family on bill, go to your Secure Family app and then go to settings > account > cancel the subscription. Follow the cancellation instructions after that.

If you are subscribed through iTunes on Google Play, enter the Secure Application through Google Play, and cancel your subscription. Please keep in mind that you will not be credited any refund if you cancel you have partial subscription plan available.
